20.25 per week, typically 8:30am - 5pm and every other weekend.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who enjoy preparing, cooking, and serving food to a high standard while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food to order

• Food preparation for daily service

• Labelling and storing food correctly in line with food safety requirements

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and tidy kitchen environment

• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

• Supporting the team in maintaining our 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating

• Assisting with stock rotation and minimising food waste

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

You'll be joining a small, friendly team with supportive, hands-on owners who are passionate about great food and excellent customer service.

Hours Available: We currently have two permanent positions available:

15.5 hours per week
22 hours per week

All shifts are daytime hours, typically between 8:30am and 5:00pm, and include every other weekend on a rota basis.

Hanley farm shop café is a family run business that values its place in the local community and takes pride in serving excellent quality, locally sourced food and providing an outstanding welcome & service to our customers.
We are a small friendly team, looking for someone to join us to manage the increasing number of daily customers.

All shifts are daytime hours this does include every other weekend.

As all the hours are between 9am and 5pm it makes for a great work- life balance especially for hospitality industry.
Extra hours are readily available to cover holidays and sickness.

We are looking for a team member who takes extreme pride in their work, and maintains high standards of service and customer care at all times. Previous café experience is preferred.
The role is for 31.5 hours over a two week rota (10 hours on week 1 & 21.5 for week 2), this does include every other weekend.

A bit about the role...

• Greeting customers

• Taking orders

• Preparing customer drinks using a coffee machine

• Serving food and drink to the table

• Serving on the till in the farm shop/café

• Clearing tables

What we are looking for:

• A happy passionate team player

• Customer service experience

• Every other weekend and weekday shifts.

• Holiday cover shifts are available
